Our Commitments
Phoenix Textile Corporation is one of the nation's leading providers of textile products and services for nursing homes and hospitals. Our success story in product innovation, customer service and growth has earned recognition as an INC 500 company. We are a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) recognized by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. The foundation of our success is Our Commitments:
- We are a company of integrity: The trust and the confidence of our customers, suppliers and employees is a privilege we work hard to maintain. In an industry where cost is often a substitute for quality, Phoenix Textile Corporation makes no compromises. We offer unquestionable quality at competitive prices — without making false claims. In short, we stand behind our products. We trust each representative of Phoenix Textile Corporation to continue our standard of integrity.
- We are customer focused: Serving our customers' needs their way is our priority. We deliver what our customers need, when they need it. We consistently develop new products and services that contribute to the success of each healthcare provider.
- We deliver on the bottom line: Our stable growth is evidence of our commitment to balancing expenses and reasonable profits in all aspects of our operation. Our goal is to provide job security and a sound, comprehensive benefit package, while we offer opportunity for our employees to share in the profits they help create. We achieve this goal by offering our supplier partners and customers a fair price for their products.
- We value the individual: At Phoenix Textile Corporation the individual is first, our employee; then our customers and our outside resources. Only by responding to our employee's individual needs and goals can we continue to grow and succeed. This allows our customers and partners to receive the service they deserve.
- We have fun along the way: We enjoy what we do — and believe that our enthusiasm is contagious! From the way we answer our phones to the way we package orders, we take pride in making Phoenix Textile Corporation a place each worker can enjoy doing quality work. In our work environment, we want you to be yourself, grow and succeed. In short, have fun along the way!
