The Administration and South Wing of this historic building were retrofitted for earthquake purposes.  The building housed the Independent Living apartments of this CCRC in Union City, CA.  Phoenix Textile Corporation’s scope of work included designing custom carpet, window treatments, furniture, artwork and accessories.  The project included the incorporation of many existing antiques and accessories owned by the Masonic Homes of California.  All procurement and installation was included in the scope of work.
